The World Women’s Curling Championship is an international women’s curling tournament. A women’s curling discipline is a women’s event. As a result, each team consisted of four players, two men, and two women. World Women’s Curling replaces the previous iteration of the ‘European Women’s Curling Championship’ which was established in 2005 and ran until 2014. Since its inception in 2015, the event has taken place every autumn. The event has been canceled for the past two years due to Covid-19.

 

The World Women’s Curling Championship is an international curling competition for women. The event was established in 1979 and has been hosted annually since.

 

The upcoming iteration of the event is officially titled “LGT World Women’s Curling Championship 2023”. This will be the 44th annual edition of the popular women’s curling competition.

 

Like every year, the event will be divided into two phases: Round Robin and Playoffs. During the round-robin, teams will play to 20 draws. After that only 6 teams will qualify for the playoffs.
